Ryszard Hoffmann, a civil engeneer, started his career at Poznań Industrial Building Enterprise 2 (Poznańskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Nr 2), as a site manager. In consecutive years he maintained his position of construction area manager in the city of Pila. In the years 1992 – 2000 he was president of the board ofPil-Building Ltd. For the next three years he worked at Hochtief Poland Ltd. North (Hochtief Polska Sp. z o. o. Oddział Północ) as a branch manager. In 2003 he returned to managing the restructuredPil-Building Ltd. He still maintains this position.
Ryszard Hoffmann is a member of the Greater Poland Chamber of Engineers and Construction Technicians (Wielkopolska Izba Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa).

 

In his spare time he devotes himself to his passions which include sports, travelling and motorsports.

 

 

 

Zygmunt Proń is a civil engineer. He gained his professional experience working both at home and abroad, in the position of a manger in such enterprises as: Poznań Industrial Building Enterprise 2 (Poznańskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Nr 2), Pil-Building Ltd., Hochtief Poland Ltd. North (Hochtief Polska Sp. z o. o. Oddział Północ) and the present company. Trade knowledge and organizational and managing skills gained within many years, continually contribute to building the corporate success by the board and the staff.

In his spare time Mr Zygmunt Proń devotes himself to his favourite pastimes which include angling, travelling and sports.
